THE EXTRAORDINARY TEAMS DIAGNOSTIC

The Extraordinary Teams Diagnostic is like a 360º on the team itself by every member of the team (including the leader). We developed this tool to remove the guess work out of diagnosing and prescribing team interventions and for measuring progress. We use this tool to great effect with executive teams, leadership teams and functional teams across a wide variety of industries.

Every team completes the diagnostic at least twice:

  • Round 1: Diagnose current state > Create plan > Make improvements.
  • Round 2: Measure progress > Create new plan > Make further improvements.

The Extraordinary Teams Diagnostic produces two reports:
